This paper shed light on the Israeli occupation decision to declare the student movement “ Al Qutib” as an illegal organization, beginning of August 2020, and the decision-making processes for the student movement in general and the birzeit student movement in particular.
The paper presents a historical overview of the struggling role of the student movement inside and outside the university’s walls, and the subsequent abuse of its right, and then reminds the paper on the challenges that await the student movement under the immediate circumstances, which have witnessed a sharp escalation, which puts it in front of dilemmas of greater size and type.
