Enhancing the Political Representation of Palestinian Refugees in the West Bank and Gaza Strip

The project, which started in mid January 2015 and which should end in mid September 2015,will contribute to enhancing the political representation of refugees in the camps by conducting research which uses as its foundation political representation as one of the most fundamental of human rights. The project aims at highlighting the gaps in Palestinian refugees’ political representation, and at providing recommendations in a consensus building process to address those gaps, thus contributing to the effective realization of and adherence to human rights and international humanitarian law in the oPt and influencing the behavior of the various duty bearers.
